We intend to encourage and foster personal and career development in our students. This can help them find the confidence to pursue their goals in life and understand that they have the visions and capacity to make those goals/dreams come true. In turn, through community advocacy and servant leadership opportunities, students will be able to COACH others in the process and along the way.
PASSION & PURPOSE
C.O.A.C.H.E.S. programming is going to focus on the critical factors that will enable you to become the best thinker and future employee/employer that one can be. Through creative lessons, BEST practices, community advocacy and hands-on interactions participants will learn how to communicate better with others, dress for a professional atmosphere, improve critical thinking and problem-solving skills and most of all prepare for their future successes.
